• session identifiers
• basic account and usage information needed to operate the service

We store this information to support the product experience, maintain continuity where applicable, improve reliability, and help operate the platform responsibly.

What we do not do

We do not sell your data.

We do not share your conversations with third parties for advertising.

We do not use your private conversations to train third-party public AI models.

How Coach Mel AI is designed to work

Coach Mel AI is being built around a privacy-preserving, trust-first model.

The strategic intent is clear:

Where possible, the product direction is to learn from patterns, themes, and governed signals rather than treat private dialogue as raw content to be widely reused.

Third-party processing

Some information may be processed through trusted infrastructure and AI service providers for the sole purpose of operating the product and generating responses.

Those services are used to support Coach Mel AI functionality, not to create advertising profiles or broadly exploit private user content.
