We take your conversations seriously because they are yours.

What we store

Your messages, the assistant's replies, timestamps, and a session identifier. We store these so you can pick a conversation back up and so we can improve the service.

Where it lives

Data is stored in a managed Postgres database hosted in the United States.

What we do not do

We do not sell your data. We do not share it with third parties for advertising. We do not use your conversations to train third-party AI models.

Third-party processing

Messages are sent to OpenAI for the sole purpose of generating a reply. OpenAI's API is configured not to retain this data for training.

Your control

You can request deletion of your conversations at any time by emailing help@coachmel.ai.
